Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Sentience Growth. We provide cold email and outbound systems, AI automation, and consulting services for service businesses.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].

2. What information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly - When you book a call through our Calendly scheduling widget, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any other details you enter during the booking process. This is governed by Calendly's Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting and security information - Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp to deliver and protect the site.
  • Optional analytics information - Google Analytics remains inactive unless you explicitly allow analytics. If allowed, it may process technical client and session identifiers, browser and device context, normalized page and referrer paths, booking-CTA placement, and a confirmed Calendly booking signal. It may also set _ga and _ga_* cookies. We do not send names, email addresses, form values, Calendly payloads, AI Priority Matrix text, or CRM identifiers as custom analytics data.

3. How we use your information

We use information collected through the site to:

  • Schedule and conduct the discovery call you booked
  • Follow up with you about our services, if relevant
  • Respond to any inquiries you send us directly
  • Understand consented page usage, booking-CTA engagement, and confirmed bookings so we can improve the website

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

This website uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

Calendly

Used for booking discovery calls. On pages containing our embedded scheduler, Calendly's widget and supporting resources load when the page opens, independently of your analytics choice. Calendly may receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser details, and it collects any information you enter when booking. Calendly Privacy Policy ->

Google Analytics

Used only after explicit analytics opt-in to measure consented page views, booking-CTA engagement, and confirmed Calendly bookings. Advertising storage and advertising personalization remain disabled. Google Analytics does not load when analytics is declined or no choice has been made. Google Privacy Policy ->

Loom

Used to host our video sales letter. The Loom player loads only when you click play - no data is sent to Loom until you interact with the video. Loom Privacy Policy ->

Google Fonts

Used to serve custom typefaces. When the page loads, your browser makes a request to Google's servers to download fonts, which may include your IP address. Google Privacy Policy ->

Cloudflare

Used for website hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare processes network traffic and may log connection data. Cloudflare Privacy Policy ->

5. Optional analytics and your choice

Analytics is optional and uses an explicit opt-in. Until you select "Allow analytics," the Google Analytics tag does not load and no analytics event is sent. Choosing "Decline analytics" does not affect website access or Calendly scheduling.

  • Your choice is stored in your browser under sg_analytics_consent with decision and expiry timestamps for no more than 180 days.
  • You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the persistent "Analytics preferences" control.
  • Withdrawal stops future analytics dispatch, changes analytics storage to denied, and attempts to clear this site's _ga and _ga_* cookies where technically possible.
  • Interactions that occurred before consent are not saved and are not replayed later.
  • Analytics reports represent consented activity, not every visitor or every business outcome.

6. Data retention

Booking data stored by Calendly is subject to their retention policies. We may retain contact information from discovery calls in our own records for as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law. The optional analytics-consent record lasts no more than 180 days. Google Analytics data retention remains subject to the separately reviewed property setting; analytics will not be activated until that setting is verified. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
